Whippleville Music Studio is offering summer music lessons beginning the week of July 8th and running through August 16th. Lessons are 1/2 hour in length and scheduled on Thursdays. We are running this 5 week beginner workshop again beginning May 17th. This five week series will cover the following:

1. Guitar strings – types of strings and how to replace/change
2. Tuning
3. How to use a pick
4. Beginning exercises including left hand finger exercises, right hand picking exercises
5. Beginning chords
6. Beginning rhythm guitar technique

What you will need – an acoustic guitar and a flat pick

This is a five (5) week class, meeting once each week on Friday evenings at 6:00pm. Each class is 45 minutes in length. The total cost for the workshop series is $100. Class size limit is 5 students. Class dates are May 17, 31, June 7, 14 and 21. This class is for adults only.
